PC wont start with MoBo Swap

My pc stopped working a while ago, and and with testing various parts, we figured out the mother board went bad. I bought the exact same one, and just installed it into the computer.

The PC attempts to turn on. Fans spin (except one), the CMOS reset and the Power button lights on the mother board itself come on. Even the lights on top of the case and the lights on my mouse and keyboard on on.

But the pc turns off a few seconds later. I started watching the mother board to see if any blue lights came on, and noticed that as soon as I press the owner button a blue light comes on near the Sata ports, where is says something about bios.

A picture of the light is attached.

I’m someone new to pc things, and google isn’t being helpful at all.

Other than this, I think everything was reinstalled correctly. The mobo is already doing more than the old dead one I had.

So what do I need to do now to get this working? Thanks so much!

Forgot to mention that the mother board is an MSI X99A SLI Plus.

I’m not sure how to delete this post, but I’ve fixed the issue, so this thread can be deleted. Thanks.
