How to fix pink artifact and RTX 2070 not working?

Suddenly my pc has shut downed and when I restarted the pc pink artifacts have appeared all over the screen.

GPU is bought on 15.11.2018. Other components bought date is 27.9.2020.

I tried updating BIOS, reinstalling GPU drivers, connecting GPU to 3 different monitors on all ports, baking GPU for 12 min in the oven at 200 degrees 3 times, and checking if there is any disconnected peace on the GPU…nothing helped. When I start BIOS settings no pink artifacts are showing and it looks normal.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

If the system starts in Safe Mode does the same thing happen?

Did you update the drivers for the Display?

Yes, but only in bios settings everything works normally.

Yeah, that was my last solution, but everything works the same, I was carefully watching the tutorial and procedure.

I would be surprised if it is windows more like GPU failing once it gets a load.
easiest way to tell download a live linux to usb and install NO install needed Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu

You display card is done replace it. Did this video tell you that you should not use that stove again since the chemicals that are on that card are now in your oven getting all over your food?

A little bit ago I came across a thread where a man was asking for advice on how to bake his dying graphics card to make it work again.

It surprised me that this rumor still exists and how much people support it as a valid practice.

Should you bake your graphics card

Hydro pro 700W = junk that should not be used anywhere near an add on GPU - Tier D • Recommended only for very cheap, iGPU systems

All that you can do now is replace the display card and get a better PSU.
