Hello, I just got a new computer with a video card amd radeon rx 550. Everything boots quickly. but, I’m trying to play d2 resurrected and halo at the lowest settings. Yet, I’m still only getting about 30 fps. Is this video card that bad to not go over 30 fps on the lowest settings possible?
