Pc not turning on for 15 days and i don't know the issue yet

So my nightmare started 15 days ago when suddenly my PC turned off after i inserted a flash disk. Some peripherals work and they light up,fan working and all,but the monitor doesn’t seem to work either. Sent my pc to some technicians and:

• the first told me that the gpu was the issue
• the second told me nothing was wrong and they turned on and off 15 times and pc seemed fine,0 issues
  I tried to switch and buy a new power supply,same result. Nothing works.

What’s wrong with my PC? Any help would be appreciated.

where did the drive come from?

if the drive is disconnected does the system boot?

did the shop show you that there was not any issue?

does the system boot in safe mode?

do you get a post screen?
