My work computer is an HP EliteDesk 800 G2mini 35w.
I have three graphics ports that are all being used by three monitors.
I purchased a Wavlink USB3.0 To HDMI Dual Display Adapter to utilize one of the vacant USB ports so that I could attach a fourth and a fifth monitor.
The HP failed to recognize my fourth (Dell) monitor after all connections were made after trying the adapter in two different USB ports
The adapter is plug and play as I connected it to my home computer (Dell) to test and it immediately worked from a USB port to the same monitor. It did come with directions to the Wavlink website for updating the driver if needed.
Is this HP configuration capable of running four or five monitors?
Please advise, thanks.
