Hi,
My PC has two drives, 1x500GB SSD and 1x2TB HDD.
The smaller drive holds the operating system and currently everything else!
It became full because of some games (mainly call of duty) so I bought a new 2TB SSD card to put in a spare slot on the motherboard.
Once I got windows to see the new drive, I uninstalled COD from the 500SSD card to save about 160GB (The inductor bar on that drive dropped sufficiently as it uninstalled)
I went to reinstall COD and selected the new drive and the game started to download to that drive. When I came back 20 mins later the game was still downloading to the new drive but the old drive was now showing as very nearly full!! (16MB of free space♂️)
Anyway, the game finished downloading and I restarted the PC Incase it was a glitch. No, card still nearly full! I have since uninstalled a couple of other games and with each one the same scenario occurs!!
Don’t know what to do?
When I check the drive the games are in the new drive and not in the old drive, but the space has not decreased!!
Any help would be much appreciated.
