Issue with GPU

Hello,recenlty i installed Forza Horizon 5,i have it on Ultra preset ,tried High but the overall image and car detail was awful,still in ultra not that good,only in extreme looks kinda ok but i feel thats something wrong with my gpu there is no way feel it worst in graphic quality than FH3-4…basically all started a year ago when i tried a gpu on my pc w/o removing any drivers etc and after i got back my one the whole grafics in FH4 was ruined having 45fps no matter what graphics i had and the image was like minecraft or something,but now ive format the pc ,changed cpu cause my old motherboard just died but even now still in fh5 doesnt look good even in youtube when i see videos i dont feel the omage quality being crispy,trying to figure out cause in other game platforms (Steam,origin etc ) i dont have this kind of an issue with games like PUBG or something else..anyone have something in mind?
Im not gonna buy a new gpu at this time i would feel stupid to spent 900 euros for something that normally costs 400..

Are you running Windows 10 ? Your ram is 3000Hz but how much ram do you have?
Minimum specs - you are low on Vram

Sorry Minimum spec is 4GB Vram recommended is 8GB
