Good news and bad news
Weird Boot issue

Undortunately only bad news…I found out 2 new things:- It’s not relevant if I press F2 or not, pc just boots on the second attempt.
- An hour or a little more is no indicator for it to work or not, so it’s not sure if it is the GPU problem because now I read that it might be a Software problem or drivers interrupting each other.

Can you check the Event Viewer logs it should show any driver errors.
Are you able to backup your computer ?
Did you install all the chipset drivers ?
What order did you install them.
It might be best to refresh windows Click On Me
Or a fresh install.
This is a canned from Phillpower2
Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer etc or downloaded from the site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.Comment

You would normally get an error message.

I also heard that Windows can cause troubles with installing drivers or updates which should not be installed. I will try this one out, thanksComment

I did a windows refresh and installed all the drivers new. No effect. At this point I might need to face it and bring my PC to some repair shop and see if they can help me…it’s just so frustratingComment

Would you loose anything from a new install or do you have a backup
I could do a Backup but I honestly don’t think that this is a software problem but qho knows. Also it seems that spamming F2 is indeed a factor but again, this is so unpredictible and inconsistent that I don’t really know.Comment
