is this coil whine or do i need to worry?

my psu is a brand new evga 550W G3 80plus gold and the first time i opened genshin impact it started doing this sound, i tried using tabletop simulator and teh more i cranked the quality the more loud it get. i dont know if its coil whine or not, its silent when im doing normal stuff and playing light games i have a spare psu in case this is dangerous
pc specs: 1600af/970 strix/b450m asrock/16gb/3 fans

all I could hear was either air flow or fan blades, certainly nothing I’d be worrying about.
