PC Doesn't boot but the fans are running

Hi everyone my pc doesn’t boot but the fan is runnig and the lights are on i changed the ram and the motherboard, i also tried an other cpu and it still don’t boot ihave
-Msi B450m s2h
-Gigabyte rtx 2070
-ryzen 5 3600
-2x8 Kingston fury ram
-xilence 700w
Even the bios don’t boot please help

Not even getting a BIOS screen means that it is a major problem.

Were all of these parts out of the box new.

That could be the problem, your MB was first released for first generation Ryzen CPUs and to be able to work with a Ryzen 5 3600 the BIOS has to be updated.

Just a btw, are you sure that your MB is not a Gigabyte, they make the B450M S2H not MSI.

And how do you know this, has the seller given you written proof to confirm it, Gigabyte have made millions of these boards and most likely not one of them has had a BIOS update.

You can[ICODE]t with your MB, it doesn[/ICODE]t have a USB BIOS flashback port the only way to update the BIOS on your MB is to have a first generation Ryzen CPU in the board, AMD have a loan scheme for this.
