My problem is when i press the on button on the pc it starts well fan starts then keyboard lights up but then nothing.
do you hear any beeps?
did you ever here just one beep when it did work?
what have you tried so far…
cleaned out dust?
remove, clean, reseat memory modules?
same for graphics card if it has one?
changed screens?
tried different cables?

Its 2years old built by someone off facebook who i can,t get in touch with.
Its a desktop.
sounds like it isn’t shutting down completely maybe because fast startup is turned on.
try this, hold down the Shift key then click Start, Power, Shutdown.
