    SAS drives

    Hi everyone

    I’ve got multiple SAS drives that I got spares from my work place. I want to use them as an external usb hard drives, but the enclosure cases that I’m researching online only seem to support SATA drives.

    Is there anyway around this?

          That’s expensive, I’m looking for a cheap option.

              sadly you will never see those two words - SAS and cheap - used in the same sentence.
              plus, with all things IT hardware related, “you get what you pay for” is usually a good adage to live by.
