Pc wont start

Hey guys, I was going to start my pc and it wont boot/start amd restart itself after some time. I guess it can’t find or read something? I already tried checking if something was lose and replugged some cables.

1 hl-dt-st dvdram gh24nsc0

its just stopping here when it tried to boot [MEDIA=imgur]a/BtWuIsd[/MEDIA]

Lets first try
Check to make sure that there are not Disk in the DVD Drive.
Disconnect any USB Drives

Then try
Manually disconnect the power and data cable to the DVD Drive

Do you have install media for the operating system?
What operating system Release and Desktop Environment?

How long have you let the system sit like that to see if it booted any further. Do you see any error messages?

Were any changes made to the the BIOS and or computer software and or hardware.
