Just to be safe lets also get Minitoolbox reports.

Download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following box:

You have some software that is hindering they system crashing and locking up. Suggest that you uninstall the following.

Make sure that you have the key so you can reinstall should you wish to.

Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. I uninstalled everything from there except for McAffe. If I continue to have the problem, ill consider uninstalling it.

Uninstalling all those programs did not seem to resolve the issue as I turned my computer back on today.

I will try and find some time to go through and do some of the things reccomended to me that I have not done before.

Also, is there a way to reset all my drivers automatically, because it could be because of a corrupted driver?

Also, something I would like to restate/add is that when im watching a youtube video and the computer freezes, it audio can drag on for a few seconds.

Have you gone into the Device Manager and remove the audio references form there and rebooted allowing the system to readd them and see if that makes a change.

Also have you tried resetting all of the audio setting back to factory.

Other than that the only other thing I can suggest is fresh install and run the system with just what you need before installing third party software.
