The ram is new but I stilled swapped with sticks from a working pc and it made no difference.

When you swapped the SSD to the new system you did preform a reinstall of Windows and drivers starting with the Chip Set?

If you just swapped it could be that they old drivers are playing havoc with the new hardware and causing these issue and a clean install might fix it.

Another thing that you can try is create a new account in windows and log into that and see if you have the same happening.
