Computer freezing! Unable to pin point problem.

I am unable to pin point what is the problem. The freezing happens when I am watching a video in full screen, alt tabbing out and in of games. It even does a beeping sounds while im clicking on the mouse buttons when it freezes. Had to force restart everytime this happens. Keyboard unresponsive, unable to go task manager.

Already did sfc/scannow through CMD twice, errors were found but fixed, second one, no errors are found. Also did DISM tool. Errors were fixed as well.
Updated drivers. Used memory diagnostic tool, no errors are found as well. I’m just so lost right now.

Motherboard: Asrock A320-M HDV 4.0
Processor: Ryzen 5 3400G
Ram: HyperX 8GB DDR4 3200MHZ
Power supply: AeroCool 500W 80PLUS

PS: Bios not updated to 4.0 currently on 3.70 version. Torn whether to update or no. As I might brick the mobo? Not really familiar on updating this.

Windows 10 Pro N updated as well through windows update.

Nothing is overclocked or so, not familiar with it so its best not experimenting with it.

Overheating and running out of memory are two things that can cause such behaviour and the beeps that you hear.

Is your RAM a single 8GB stick or two 4GB sticks, two reasons why this is important, Ryzen CPUs are renowned for not liking slow RAM and if you only have the one 8GB stick it will only be able to work in single channel at 1600MHz rather than the 3200MHz that it would be able to work at in dual channel when two matching 4GB sticks are present, in addition to this, your CPU uses the system memory to support the graphics that it provides, this means that there is less memory available to go around which can cause overheating/lock ups etc.

I do only have 1 8GB stick, I see, i do quite get it now. Would adding another 8GB ram fix this? As I am not familiar with MHZ as well, i did see on the settings that my ram settings is set to Auto? I did not tweaked it to set to a certain hertz. Would there be any workaround for this one?

There is no work around other than getting a matching stick of RAM, the clue being dual channel as in two sticks of RAM being required.

Best suggestion I can make is to see if you can borrow a known good PSU to swap in for testing purposes, if you can do that and the problem remains it goes a real long way to pointing towards a lack of RAM and the CPU overheating.
