Hi. I usually play tarkov and gta 5, and I have been having problems with my game freezing me and sometimes disconnects me from the lobby. It’s only these 2 games I have been having problems with. I did restart my computer fully and I’m still having the problem.
That suggests it may well be internet related then, the games servers are a common cause of such issues as are browser security plug ins.

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.
We need to know the brand and model name or number, not all PSUs are made equal and I for one will not be suggesting how to test your hardware without knowing whether or not the PSU is likely to go bang.
System builders use such PSUs to keep their costs down and it really shouldn`t be allowed, a minimum of a 500W PSU is required to support your GPU but not just any 500W PSU will do, your PSU while labelled as 500W I guarantee will not be able to produce that, how to tell a good quality PSU and its true output, the information label on a good quality PSU will tell you all that you need to know, see attachment below, did a Google search for your PSU and guess what, no information is provided anywhere and that is a real bad sign, see shark gaming bloodpump 500w bronze certified
You do need a new PSU but you only having issues with these two particular games suggests that something else is amiss, no one here wants you to replace the PSU and then still have problems with the same two games, we can suggest a test that will not overload your PSU but will prove or disprove that there is a problem with your FPS etc, we will need some other system information first though.
Before testing your computer we need to see if there is anything else that may cause the problem.
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
