any signs of life at the power supply, like a LED or fan noise?
double check the power cord is in securely into the PSU, and into the power point.
change power boards or power points.
and lights or fan activity when you turn it on?
test the power supply with the paper clip trick; http://support.antec.com/support/sol...paperclip-test

Bad PSUs can pass the paperclip test. The true test that eliminates a PSU from the equation is a replacement or trying that same PSU in another known working machine. Only these 2 can truly rule out a PSU.

Just because things light up does not mean that it is not the PSU and or something else after the PSU connects to the MB.

Post complete system specs including make and model.

                  1. Remove the display card does the same thing happen?
                  2. Re seat the
                    RAM
                    GPU
                    All Power
                    All DATA cable both ends
                    All fans (power)
                  3. follow the power button connection remove and use a screw driver to touch the pins together to see if the system powers on
Use a non metal handle screwdriver ONLY touching those pins.
                    Does anything happen
                  4. When you press the power button does it light up and or flash?
If so then what color and pattern
