Graphics Card 8pin Pci didnt give power

I have my amd radeon rx570 which has 8x pci pin connector.The white LED in it blinked for a sec and turn completely off in standby mode.I can boot and use my pc now but If I open a game,it crash and monitor show no display.yes I changed the pci cable to other one.But nothing changed.Please help

Access safe mode?
