hey everyone. So I installed a new mobo and cpu. I am using a new download of windows 10 and using a fresh ssd. And for some reason when my pc is on the screen flickers. And when I switch in between my new and old mobo the flickering stops on the old one.
what are the changes between the two?
you mention the mobo, CPU and SSD are new, when you change the mobo back, are you only changing the mobo or other things as well, like the monitor cable port, the GPU, etc?
