Horizontal lines

Hey,

I’ve have horizontal lines on my monitor when i turn it on, but disappear after some minutes. I wonder if somebody have had the same problem? - Is it the minitor or the GPU?

On this psu..-Cooler Master B700W we need more info.. Model number.. I could not find any listing on this psu.

if you lightly press either bottom corner, do the lines move and change colour?
looks like what I see when the LCD panel is cracked.
the monitor gets a blunt force impact that doesn’t crack the outer layer but goes deeper and cracks the actual liquid crystal layer.

but you say it goes away completely after a few minutes?

I will check this when i come home! But yes the Lines goes away after couple of min! Then it fine!

The more the monitor is Off the more Lines will show on the screen!

Do you have another monitor that you can try and or maybe barrow?
Remove the display card and attach to the onboard and see if the same thing happens?
Try a different cable between the monitor and display connection doubt maybe yet stranger things have happened.

Have to agree with @Bruce about the panel.
