When I boot my PC, my screen, keyboard and mouse doesn't turn on, what do I do?

In the past week I have experienced my PC randomly shutting down, and as far as I can tell its not an overheating issue. But today when I wanted to boot my PC I experienced what the title states. Ive read that it might be a possible power supply issue, but I wanted to know for sure, so does anyone know what this might be, and how to fix it?

If the PC will boot, do the below;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

If the PC won`t boot;

Manually provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.[/COLOR]

It wont boot, so here are the specs:

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB

Intel Core i7-4790K Processor

MSI Z97 GAMING 5, Socket-1150

HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB

HyperX Fury 240GB 2.5" SSD

It would help if you told us what happens exactly, can you get into the BIOS, do you get anything on the screen at all or does the screen stay blank but the cooling fans can be heard spinning etc.

What type of keyboard do you have, if the USB type, is it connected to one of the black USB 2.0 ports.

In case you are not already aware, it is possible for a keyboard to work in the BIOS but then not work once Windows has loaded and a computer has not booted until you are in a working operating system, describing a none working computer as having booted is misleading to helpers.

Its like my screen cant detect the PC, the same with my keyboard and mouse. My screen has an orange light that turns blue when I normally boot my PC, but now it stays orange. And everything inside the PC turns on, fans etc.
My keyboard is a Roccat Vulcan 120 AIMO, but it worked perfectly fine yesterday

That would be a fair description because if the screen was detecting the GPU at all you would get an on screen message saying No Signal.

From what info I found, your keyboard is the USB type that has RGB lighting, if it has not been disconnected since it worked yesterday but no RGB lighting works, try connecting the keyboard to another one of the black USB 2.0 ports.

Other things that you should try before going inside the computer.

Check your keyboard on another computer.

Try a wired PS/2 type keyboard on you computer.

I dont have a PS/2 type keyboard avalable, and my keyboard works fine on my laptop

Based on the above and the fact that your keyboard works on your notebook I would suggest that you try removing the add on video card from the PCI-E slot on the MB and connecting your screen to the appropriate video port on the MB, while inside the computer remove the CMOS battery (see attachment below) reseat the RAM, check for anything that could be loose, reassemble then power up to see what happens.
