Windows 10 randomly freezes after hours of heavy load

So I have been having a very weird issue with my PC, where nothing seems to work or get me closer to the issue.
I hope you guys have an idea about what this could be.
After multiple hours of running the PC and playing demanding video games, my PC starts to freeze for split seconds, where the GPU load drops to 0% for that moment.
Sound continues working without any issues though.

Weirdly enough, the shown FPS in games doesn’t get affected at all by the freezes.
This is occurring with both GSYNC enabled and disabled.

These freezes will increase over time and still persist, after closing all games and demanding applications. Only restarting my PC seems to help, which then completely fixes the issue for the next couple of hours.

This first started happening a few months back while gaming, but really only started to be a major issue in the last weeks, where I have tried running a lot of different diagnostic programs and even fully resetting my PC, which did not help.

My PC Specs are the following:
    AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
    Nvidia GTX 1070
    4x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz RAM
    MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi
be quiet! Pure Power 9 600W
    Corsair MP600 NVMe 1TB
    Samsung SSD 850 Evo 500GB
    Crucial MX500 SSD 2TB
    I am running 4 monitors: 2x1080p, 1x 1440p and 1x Ultrawide.

Thank you. Hopefully, anyone here has some ideas and tips on how I can solve this issue since it is driving me insane.

    Hello

Have you checked those temps.. Also that psu is just a basic psu and may be the root of your issue’s..

The PSU is not appropriate for your build, you need a Gold efficiency rated PSU and for the set up that you have I would suggest a minimum of 650W.

Which power supply do you need?
