Strange buzzing like boiling water sound

I tried everything I could got new psu still making sound removed graphic card to check didn’t help removed all of the fans still making that wierd sound removed HDD still the same sound I don’t know what’s causing it it’s annoying low frequency busting my ear drums

Does this include the CPU cooling fan.
