My video card's fan is spinning vrey fast

can you go to control panel >programs and remove Java. Could be 32 and 64 bit editions. Reboot. If java is needed it can be reinstalled latter.
Did you uninstall Windows update KB5001330 ?

Can`t even produce 450W, not even Bronze efficiency rated and 100% should not be used anywhere near a computer that has an add on video card.

There is one thing that is possibly worse than using a known poor quality brand of PSU and that is using one that is unheard of, for brands of PSU to trust and brands to avoid please refer to the links in my sig.

no, i dont uninstalled Java. And the graphics card it function normaly, yet. Stay tuned for the next week. I will come back with information.

everything seems to be fine, in all games, no more high temps in idle, no ,entering sleep mode" thing, and the fan is working normally

It happened, I was playing Overwatch and the graphic card’s fan was spinning fast and no video imput.
I was listening music on Spotify when it happened, only that time. I think is from Spotify. This program consume much ram?

i don’t think so, i played Overwatch for 4 hours nonstop on max quality and unlimited frames and all was good

The problem is still there.

I cleaned the power supply, it was much dust there, like 2 wipes. On the fan was one finger dust.
