    Upgrading RAM assistance

    I have a Windows 10 desktop with an AsusTek A88-XM plus mother board that has a Crucial DIMM 8GB 1600 Hz RAM chipset. Im looking to add additional RAM by adding another 8GB to speed up the PC a little. Is it best practice to stay with the same manufactrurer or will any “known” branded do the job just as well.
