I have got a new pc by pieces except a gpu some weeks ago. I ordered the gpu 2 days ago to a specific wholesaler. I ordered a 2080 super and well… im writting this because it has no fans lol. He did not tell me anything about this, should I ask for a refund? I have seen in some webs that there are actual fanless desktop gaming gpu’s but I ask: I gotta use water cooling right in case I want to keep it? The instructions of the gpu explain in half of the manual how to install the water cooling What water cooling kit would be cheap and enough for this gpu in case I need one? (99% I do XD)
