CoolerMaster AIO Not Syncing?

Hey everyone!
Yesterday I built my PC using an ASRock motherboard and the Coolermaster Master Liquid 240ml AIO v2. Everything is working fine and is all lighting up, but no syncing application (including aura, asrock sync, coolermastr sync) is identifying the AIO and, therefore, is not letting me have control over the AIO rgb. I understand that there is a controller attached to the AIO and that you can manually change through some presets, but I dont understand how to have control over the lights on PC.

I have tried syncing by pressing the top two buttons with no luck. I also heard there was a way to do it through the coolermaster software but I am unsure of where to find it.

Can you post the model name or number of the ASRock MB so we can check the specs.
