As long as your CPU is not continually operating in the 70+°C range you are fine, the low 30+°C figures are the most telling as it is clear that your CPU is not running too hot, short version, you expect a CPU to get hot when under load but a CPU that gets hot when not under load signals a problem, your CPU is fine.
