    cpu debug pc not posting

hi my cpu debug lights shows and pc doesn’t post. last time this happened i solved it with help from someone on this website. the cause was i had put my ram speed too high. this time i haven’t touched the bios and it just isn’t working again.
    specs
    ryzen 53600
    msi b450m mortar max
    16gb vengeance ram 360mhz
    600w system power 9 psu
    zotac gtx 1600
all i have done so far is unplug the pc, drain it off power and removed the cmos.
the only thing i can think of is last night i was rendering a video and my cpu temp went up to 73 degrees( speccy). after i’ve done the rendering it hasn’t worked. and it’s worked before i did the rendering.

Can you lay the case on it’s side and try.
What cooler are you using ? if it is a big one it can be putting a strain on your cpu

        Ok
I was reading how some fans were unseating the cpu - even when they have been running for months .
        Did you build this yourself?

Ok so you have the skill set to remove the cpu cooler and check the cpu is sitting correctly.
I really do not see any other option as you have cleared the cmos and it is the CPU light on the motherboard.
            Do you have thermal paste.

Before doing the cpu pull the power - earth yourself do dicharge static and remove and reseat the ram

it’s a half day as it’s the last day before easter holidays. Will be back at around 1pm today.

Have you tried setting BIOS to default?

ok i’ve done the ram and it still doesn’t work. It is the cpu light that stays on when it doesn’t post. When it does post they all come on but only for a second or so. By the way i didn’t manage to do the cpu fan because i din’t 'have any thermal paste which i thought i did.

I can’t say 100% cpu but it is a matter of elimination when you get the paste give it a go.
Did you try 1 ram stick at a time in each slot
