If the monitor says no signal it means that the monitor is detecting that a video cable is attached but there is no video signal being received, this means there is a problem with the computer hardware.

If the screen does not show a no signal at all it means that the screen has the problem

If the PC has a problem and the screen is ok you will get the no signal message when you first turn on the PC and then the screen will go black as it will put itself in stand by when it does not get any video signal.

All you can do atm is disconnect the PC from the wall socket, press the case power button to get rid of any residual charge in the system then leave the PC overnight, I won`t be around until after work tomorrow 17.30pm UK time so leave it until then if you can, at this point plug the computer back in, power up and see if you are able to access the BIOS, if yes, leave it there and post back here to let us know.

No problem and whatever you do, don`t be tempted to start tinkering, leaving the PC disconnected from the wall socket is to drain any charge in the system and clear the present CMOS settings that have the RAM speed set too high.

Remove the CMOS battery from the MB and leave that out until tomorrow as well.

Glad to hear it and you are welcome

You have kept us updated and thanked us for our help and that is all we ask, that and you leave the BIOS alone (y)

For now I suggest that you create a new system restore point, check for and install any Windows 10 and Windows Defender updates then use the computer as you normally would for a while, once you have done those things post back here and we will give you a check to do for us so we can make sure that your PC is running as it should.
