Can I change RPM of fans

So I just got a new PC and my case is the Antec DF600 FLUX and the case is kinda loud.
My question is, can I change the RPM of the 5 fans that I got with the case? and how? If I can’t I would like to have a recommendation on silent fans.
    Thanks!

if the fans have no independent controller, that is, they are directly connection to the fan headers on the mobo, than you may still be able to control them from BIOS.
get into BIOS setup, usually F2, or Del, or F10 (depending on mobo make/model) and see if there is a section in the menu structure for power profiles or fan speeds.

that image shows SYS_FAN1 set to Manual.

pick each fan in turn from the top orange box, and for each one, down the left bottom side, choose a speed profile that isn’t Manual.

it would appear you have no fan connected to the mobo header for SYS_FAN 1, hence the 0 RPM reading.
