Green Screen - No error message

    Hi,

I am new in here and hope this post is in the right place. I built a PC on my own around a year ago and everything was fine untill about half year ago I started to have random green screens and after 3-5s my PC is restarting. The green screen does not contain any error message nor error code, just blank green screen. I noticed that the green screen pops out only when I am playing games but never when I use my PC for other purposes. The timings of those are also random because I can play for a whole day without any and then the next day it pops out just after I run a game.

    Here is my PC:
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
    Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core
    Motherboard - X570-A PRO (MS-7C37)
    SSD - adata sx8200
    PSU - Corsair TX750M 750W 80+ Gold

I am a newbie if it comes to PC hardware and would love if someone could take a look at it.

    Thanks,
    Mascotte

Do you know if this is air cooled or water cooled?
It could be a ram issue or a heating problem.
Can you open control panel >Administrative tools>Event Viewer.
Look under Windows Logs (use the arrow on the left) >System.
Do you see any red or yellow errors ?
If yes click on the error to show what is says.
You should do this after the next green screen.

      Cheers

        Hi veeg and PeterOz,

        As requested:
        @veeg My RAM is: GOODRAM 16GB 3600MHz IRDM PRO CL17 (2x8GB)
@PeterOz The screenshots of the event viewer are attached. The green screen took place at 12:05PM 3/4/2021. I guess thats the critical one which caused it but I have also attached the error ones just in case.

        Thanks,
        Kamil

Would you be happy with rolling back your GPU - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT drivers to an earlier release.
You have not mentioned what you are running e.g Win 10,7 or Linux etc.
Have a look here Click On Me for an older driver. Test that and see what happens. I would look for a driver at about the time you built your machine.
Since you built your own machine I assume you know how to do this. If not let us know and w will help you.

          Cheers
