    Do I trade?

    The local PC store (in Israel) offered me a trade for my RX480 8Gb to a GTX 1070 8Gb but it has a broken HDMI port but I gotta pay him a little extra over the RX to get the GTX
    Sooo do I go for it…?
    I’m kinda hesitant cause of the broken HDMI port but dunno
    Also another concern is my PSU is 620 watt enough for a GTX 1070?

      No to both, never purchase anything that is broken and a GTX 1070 needs a Gold efficiency rated PSU and your Seasonic is only Bronze.
