    MSI 550-a Pro Audio problem

Hi all! I’ve just build my new pc, with a MSI 550-a Pro as mobo. The problem is that audio seems to not working. I’ve Razen Kraken, they are detected when plugged, and I can choose to use them as headsets, but audio just don’t came out. The same happen if a plug the in front or back panel. I‘ve notice that the mic works correctly meaning that audio input works fine. I’ve also notice that by using another type of headset, the Cowin Headsets, I can obtain a bit of audio output, meaning that some audio just came out from the headsets but with very very low audio, i can just listen a little bit, even if my volume is on max. The problem are not the kraken headset, they are brand new, and works on all the other devices. The only way to make things work, is by plugging the headset in the monitor audio output, but this can’t be an acceptable solution for me.
I’ve already enabled audio form bios, downloaded the last driver from the msi site and downloaded the kraken software for 7.1 sorround, but nothing seems to work, All my components are new, I’ve bought the just two days ago, se I think the problem is related to drivers or configuration. What can I do?

In the end, the mobo was not working properly, i’ve upgraded to the B550 Gaming Pro and i solved the problem. Thanks for the help!
