I recently built a pc, and when I press the on button, the RGB on the fans briefly turns on, but then turns off again.
To turn on my pc, I have to turn off the psu, press the power button twice, and then turn on the psu and press the power button again.
Does anyone have an idea of what has gone wrong?
Thanks.
Being that the GPU is not out of the box new I wouldn[ICODE]t go to the expense of a Gold efficiency rated PSU which is what you should really have when there is a mid to high end add on GPU present, don[/ICODE]t skimp on a no name brand else you will regret it, you need something like the Seasonic here
Re the present PSU.
Tagan made a couple of very good quality PSUs many years ago when they used Topower internal components but they then cheaped out and started using cheap parts from the likes of Delta and Soytech, as a results of this people stopped buying anything Tagan because they were garbage and tended to go bang, to my knowledge the last new model of PSU from Tagan was in 2009.
You must have a Topower spec PSU else it would not be expected to even still be around.
