Screen freezes every 3 seconds by "System"

After 1 hour of use of my PC, my screen starts freezing every 3 seconds. Some sort of lag spikes that don’t stop. When I take a look at task manager I see that every time my screen freezes the CPU usage goes up a lot. The only thing that’s causing it, is the title “System”, almost all the way on the bottom of the task manager. Every time I get a lag spike the title ‘System’ goes up from 0.3% to 30/40%. When I restart my PC the lag spikes are gone but then after around 1-hour use it starts lagging again.
    Any advice?!!

    Kind regards,

My temps have never been a problem, I have 6 fans. I discovered that when I watch a video and don’t move my cursor or open any other tabs, my pc runs fine. But when open a program or another tab in google chrome it starts lagging again.

My USB 3.0 ports on my CASE also don’t work. I have my phone connected to one port to charge it but it isn’t working. The USB’s from my motherboard seems fine??
