MONITOR, KEYBOARD & MOUSE NOT WORKING

Was trying to reinstall my stikepack on scp toolkit but I ended up reinstalling most if not all of the drivers on my pc instead of just selecting the ds4 driver I went to restart my pc and then BOOM .. monitor has no signal and can’t use mouse or keyboard, even when switching between ports. Someone help meee

Can you boot into safe mode?
Can you boot from the Windows installation media?
Can you force restart several times to see if you can reach the troubleshoot menu?
If yes to any then you can use system restore to roll back to before the problem occurred.
