Installed first Gigabyte B460M AORUS Pro. On start up the the DRAM, CPU, flashes and the VGA light stays on and then repeats. Sent motherboard back for exchange. Second motherboard installed and the VGA light stays on but didn’t repeat. Changed i5-10400 CPU and the VGA light still stays on. Any suggestions??
