No video signal and no usb after messing with uefi

    Hey guys!
Today I installed 2 new fans, everything worked perfectly normal until I restarted to go the uefi to set up the fan curve and adjust the cpu voltage (1.37 on a 3700x).
After I saved and restarted from the uefi the pc stopped giving me any signal. The fans spin at max rpm, the leds light up (apart from keyboard mouse and frontal USB leds).

the motherboard is a MSI b450m Mortar

    Stuff I already tried:
    Remove the cmos battery
    Reseat the ram
Press the power button for 4s while unplugged

Any idea what it might be?

Undo the fans and reconnect one by one and see if that make a difference.

        Leaving the CPU one connected.

After unplugging all of them the problem persists.
It’s definitely not the cmos, i just kept the battery out for 1 hour.
I also checked the front panel connections and everything seems ok.
I’m starting to wonder if it might be the psu as it’s by far the oldest component imported from my old pc.
Is there a way i can check without yanking one out of my brother’s pc?

Corsair cx600, bought around 7 years ago
I gotta say though, the fact the front panel leds don’t seem to work is strange and i can’t tie it to the psu in any way. I tried checking the wiring but it seems fine
