Nice list of parts but I would change the HDD from a Seagate to a Western Digital Black.

Not on your list, you will need to purchase a Windows 10 product key.

Check the delivery dates and from where any parts are coming from.

okay, and also I want this pc to be upgradeable are there parts i should specifically get to allow for this

There is only one item of hardware that you can truly future proof and that is the chassis, everything else is continually evolving so what is top of the pile one day can be dated tech the next, your choice of MB is a typical example, still very good but not future proof as newer tech is already available.

Ohh okay, so for a roughly similar price that I’ve got on that list, do you know what’s the best possible pc I could make + to incorporate upgrade ability

I would wait to see when DDR5 RAM is due for release, is was meant to be last year but for obvious reasons it didn`t happen.
