    continous boot up issue

    Hi there,

about 2 months ago my computer stopped turned itself off one evening and refused to turn back on, it would try to boot but within a second cancel the boot and do this on a continous cycle. I left it for the night and came back to it in the morning to find it working, 15 mins later however it turned itself off again (like someone had switched the power off) and proceded to go through tthe same boot cycles as it did the previous night. I spent this day trying to work out the issue, i ended up conclcuding thta it would have to be one of two things, psu since it was 5 years old or motherboard. I ended up replacing the psu to no avail, if anything it just made the boot cycle and crash go faster. I then went and bought a new motherboard as it was cheaper to buy a new motherboard than to get help from a tech to you company. I replaced the motherboard and the computer worked, 3 hours later tho it turned itself off and proceded to start the same issue (this time however it wouldnt automatically try and restart itself, presumably this is the board). My frustration meant i left it for the night, when i came back to it in the morning it turned on and i sat there just waiting for the moment it would die, but it didnt. Fast forward 2 months and i woke up this morning, tried to boot my computer and just like that it started to do the fail boot issue again. I took everything out again today, even replaced the board back to the old board to see if that would work to once again no avail. At this point im getting paranoid that my electricty provider is somehow limiting the power coming into my apartment as even when it is just MOBO and CPU plugged in it will not start. The only other thought from me now is that maybe it is CPU, but this CPU is only a year old (ryzen 5 3600x) and it isnt even getting to a stage where it’s really trying to boot (and why tf did changing the MOBO act as a bandaid soloution for 2 months if it was CPU).

P.s. ive already tried different powerpoints in my house to no luck

would really appreciate some help or at least soem thoughts of what might be going on, i tried attching a video to display the issue but it was to large

    thanks in advanced

    Update:

i spent today pulling apart the computer and “re-building it” (95% sure i’ve put everything back correctly but wouldnt doubt my incompetence to prevail). i’ve managed to change the issue so it does begin the boot cycle, but it wont post or even comunicate with the monitor. It also wont turn off from holding the power button and has to be turned off by swtching the power switch to off. Hope these clues mean something but it might just be me making a new issue.
