Sapphire nitro+ rx 580 4gb FPS drops

Hi guys.
I recently upgrade my PC from GeForce gt 1030 (2gb) to sapphire rx 580 nitro+ 4gb.
And now i have only 10-15 fps more in csgo, + i have a fps drops from 140-80.
I readed and I think this has something to do with bios, but i need yours opinion and someone who might know what needs to be done.
