    Micro stuttering in games

Hello everyone, so I’ve been struggling with micro stuttering in my games, most notable in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. I’m not sure what the problem could be. I have a i7 9700k @ 4.6ghz and a RTX 3080 and I get about 70-75c on the processor in all my games. At first I thought it could have been the mobo VRM but temps are stable there. I have noticed through MSI Afterburner that my CPU sometimes throttles to 4.4ghz. I’m not sure if that’s the problem but it is something I am concerned about. Any thoughts would help. Thanks

    So other can assist.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Post the make and model of the PSU

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

See what happen when you set the power scheme to High.

Is there anything that is over clocked besides the CPU?

What is the BIOS version that you have?
showing that it should be 1005 for the processor that you have.
