CPU high usage (around 90% - 100%) in most games

Hello, Im new to the pc building community, please bear with me if I ask obvious questions ;-;
I just bought an MSi Rtx 2060 ventus XS Oc edition, although the gpu does its part on getting my games on ultra, my problem is that my CPU is working like hell even in easy to run games like Valorant. My cpu is an i5 7600
I dont know if I unknowingly adjusted something in the bios, or if it’s the drivers, or settings in general. It wasn’t like this before I bought the graphics card, so I thought it had something to do with it. I appreciate every help. THANK YOU
