Hi, I just built a mini itx i3 10100 system, Windows 10 installs fine but whenever I unplug the power cord to move the PC, the system is unresponsive when plugged back in again (power switch does nothing when pressed, no signs of life). I have to remove the (Samsung 970 Evo NVMe drive) then reinstall it - for it to power up again. I’m using a 150W Pico PSU but I don’t think that’s the problem. There are no other SATA drives connected and SATA has also been disabled in BIOS. Is there some BIOS setting I’m missing? Thanks!

Apologies for the delay LilysDad7,
Can you post a full list of your hardware and the brand and model name or number of the PSU in particular.
If you need to move the PC again, before going to the trouble of removing the Samsung SSD try pressing the power on button for twenty seconds or so while the power cord is still disconnected, connect the power cord then press the power on button to see if the PC starts up. -

Thanks for responding, no problem for the delay I’m very grateful for the help! My hardware is as follows:
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B460I-Plus mini-ITX
CPU: Core i3 10100
CPU Cooler: Alpenföhn Silvretta
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury, 2x8GB Kit 3200MHz
Power Supply: PicoPSU (150w)
I think I may have solved the problem though, and reckon it was the keyboard, of all things. I had a Drevo Calibur V2 hooked up but wasn’t using the original USB cable with it (I was using a cable from a different Drevo model, that had a choke/ferrite core on it, maybe that was causing the problem). Anyway, long story short I bought a different keyboard to go with this new build and it shuts down and powers up absolutely fine now! Everything works now as it should, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on it!
