    PC Crisis Need help!!

Hey everybody I’m Jack! I am having a “PC crisis” and i honestly have no idea what to do this is my first custom built here are my specs:

    •Motherboard: Asus Prime X570-Pro

    •CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core 24-thread processor

    •GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2080 Super GAMING OC 8G (Rev 2.0) Graphics Card, 3 x WINDFORCE Fans, 8GB 256-Bit GDDR6, GV-N208SGAMING OC-8GC Video Card

•PSU: CORSAIR RMx White Series RM850x White (CP-9020188-NA) 850W 80 PLUS Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply

•CPU Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock 4 200W CPU Fan

•RAM storage: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) RAM Storage

    •SSD Storage: Samsung (MV-V7E1T0BW) 970 EVO SSD 1TB

    •Case: NZXT H510 ELITE

I’ve had this pc since February and it’s worked spectacular, and suddenly a week ago I had an issue where my sound would start to glitch and then I would get an error code which translated into a hardware problem. On occasion I would get the same error code but before it my keyboard and mouse would stop working and the error screen would pop up and then the display would go black. Now it has gotten to the point where I’ve disassembled the entire Pc, checked the pins on my cpu, made sure everything was clean, checked my ram sticks, the whole deal. it has now started to not even show a screen, it just runs, but there is a yellow light on my motherboard near the RAM that says DRAM, and then shortly after it switches to a red light by the word CPU. I honestly have no clue what to do i’ve tried everything and had people look at everything to make sure my parts are good. if anybody has any idea please let me know i’d love some help! Thanks!!

    Hello

That yellow light indicates a ram issue and or a ram slot issue…

Hi, thank you! I am slightly confused because i ran an M86 test on the Ram and even switches it to the recommended slots for my motherboard and found no errors, and it’s strange that it switches to the red CPU light when none of the pins on my chip are damaged… Wondering if it’s a motherboard issue, but there’s no way to tell because it won’t even turn on!!

I sent it back to asus to repair it w RMA, it was not a power supply issue so the only option is the motherboard!
