Very High Ram Usage When I'm Not Running Programs

Hi, I have a problem with my new PC that there is a significant amount of ram that is being used compared to the amount I’m using. For example, my user, which is the only user on the PC, is only using 6GB of ram but my task manager says it’s using 13GB. This leads my PC to slow down in certain aspects. I also saw some things where you go to the Registry Editor on the computer to fix this, however, it didn’t work either. Please help as I have seen in certain places that people said I should completely reset my PC, but I want to avoid doing that. I went to this forum as I wanted to ask you guys for your expertise in this situation as you’re much more informed on this than I am as I’m new to this PC stuff. Below I have attached my PC Specs and my computer’s actual usage compared to what my ram is using up. Thank you guys for the help!

    Here are my PC Specs-
    Amd Ryzen 3600 CPU
    Asrock B550 Pro4 Motherboard
    16 GB 3600 MHZ G.Skill RAM
    Asus RTX 2060
    500gb NVME m.2 SSD
    2TB HDD

    Hello Hussain,

Sorry but you are worrying about nothing here, a % of your RAM is allocated to what is known as Hardware Reserved and if you really want to know what is using any amount of your RAM you need to click on the Processes tab in Task Manager, leave it for a couple of minutes while things settle down at which point the services that are using the most RAM will be displayed in order with the big hitters being at the top of the list.
