I have a AMD Ryzen 2700x CPU with a ASUS STRIX b450F gaming motherboard paired with a RTX 2070 Super. When playing Call of Duty Warzone at normal to low settings i am only hitting around 110 FPS at 1080p. This is with my CPU being pushed to 4.2 MHz and my GPU being overcloacked slightly. I have been told i should be getting much better results with this set up however i can’t seem to find the problem if there is one. Please help thanks.

Is Call of Duty Warzone the only game that you notice this with.
Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box. -
I have played other games but they seem to be less demanding that warzone. And arnt competative so my FPS doesnt matter as much to me.
PSU is Corsair VS650 650 W Active PFC 80 PLUS Certified Power Supply Unit.

Was this a clean install of Windows or did you update from version 1909 to 2004.
Not an appropriate PSU for a high end GPU and should only be used with entry level computer that either only have integrated video or the most basic of 64 bit GPUs, VS = Value Series and are made up of thinner wiring and weaker capacitors etc and as a consequence they get hot inside and reduce output so that they can cool down, you need a minimum of a Gold efficiency rated 650W PSU from a trusted brand to support your GPU and other hardware.Originally posted by madmat801

I suggest that you change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, High Performance is a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues and the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.[/COLOR][/COLOR]Comment
