SO as you can see my PPT is high af and i think my temperature goes up becouse of that. What should i do to fix it? Its on ilde, im running nothing on the background. Ive just started my pc, its a ryzen 3600
how old is the PC?
have you checked the thermal paste under the processor?
how the dust build up inside the case?
is the rig in a well ventilated spot? with the air vents and fans open to good air flow?
